It’s a Big Week for the FCMB!

Concert Band Begins this week!
Students will now report to their assigned Concert Band per their schedule, and take lunch when it is listed on their schedule. Marching Band will only meet for the practices in the evening and afterschool as listed below this week. Gray Band meets during Mods 7-8, Wind Ensemble and Scarlet Band meet during Mods 9-10 and Freshman Concert Band meets during Mods 11-12. State Marching Band Finals The FCMB will perform at SMBF at Brunswick High School on Saturday, November 9th at 6:45 pm. Call time for the students is 1 pm. Pleae make sure they eat, layer up, and stock up on some hand and feet warmers. We hope to see lots of our family and friends there to support us! Admission to the competition will be $8 for adults, $5 for Seniors and school aged children. There is also a $5 parking fee. Please ensure that you give yourselves plenty of time to park, and find seating before the performance. Arrive early if you are looking to purchase a SMBF commemorative shirt.

It's Playoff Season! Congratulations goes out to our favorite football team on an unbelievable undefeated season! They were also named the GCC Champions!
The FCMB will continue to perform and support our Mentor Cardinals throughout the Playoff season. As you are aware, as long as they win the game they move on to the next game. Games continue to be on Friday evenings until the State Championship. This week, Mentor plays their final home game of the season as they had home field advantage. They will play Cleveland Hts and the game kicks off at 7 pm. Call time for the band is 4:30 pm. Again, make sure they eat, layer up, and stock up on some hand and feet warmers!

FCMB Banquet
The FCMB Banquet will be held at LaMalfa on Sunday, November 17th from 3 - 8 pm. The cost is $25 per person. RSVP's with payment are DUE TOMORROW, NOVEMBER 4TH. No RSVP's will be accepted at the door.
