What an amazing performance! The FCMB made us all proud at the Massillon game and followed it up with a stellar parade performance less than 12 hours later! The weather was perfect for a first game and first parade. Congrats to the FCMB on their 1st place win for School Spirit in the Cityfest Parade! #marchproud

Friday, September 1: 1st Home Game, Mentor vs. St. Ignatius 7 pm kick – off; Call time 4:15 pm; Leadership will perform at Pre-Game Tailgate party (Time to be announced)

- Call time is 4:15 pm Don’t forget your dinkles, tall black socks, black dri-fit shirt, and gloves.
- Eat before you come!!
- Parents – This game typically runs late and they all get a surprise after the 1st home game so keep in touch with your marcher as to when to pick them up.
- Help support our 50/50 at the game! The Ignatius game typically brings a huge crowd thus a very large 50/50!
Tag Day
Tag Day forms are now DUE! EVERYONE in band (FCMB or Varsity Concert Band) MUST fill out a form, either online or handing the hard copy in. ABSENCES – must be cleared through your director! Please complete a paper copy of the form and give to your director along with an absence form. The deadline for filling out this form (online or paper) is August 28th.
If you are interesting in driving for Tag Day on September 9th, contact Amy Freeman ([email protected]). WE ARE STILL IN NEED OF LOTS OF DRIVERS! WE have 90 + routes to cover which means 90 drivers! ALL DRIVERS need to be fingerprinted by Thursday, August 31st . The Fingerprint Form is also online as well and you would just take that form to the Board of Education and it takes only a few minutes for that process. Please consider giving a few hours of your time to help make this the best Tag Day Ever!!! It is very much appreciated. When you get fingerprinted, please send Amy Freeman an email indicating you have had the printing done.
