THIS WEEK IN BAND!

Happy Homecoming Week! It’s a busy week for the FCMB!

Schedule:

MONDAY, SEPT, 16TH: NO REHEARSAL!! This was an error and we apologize. Students were aware of the correct rehearsal day. Evening rehearsal is Tuesday.
Tuesday, September 17th: Rehearsal 4 – 7 pm
Wednesday, September 18th: LCMEA Festival – Call time 5 pm. Students should eat before they arrive. Performances start at 7 pm.
Thursday, September 19th: Rehearsal 2:45 – 5:00 pm; Panda Express Dine to Donate from 10 AM – 9:30 pm. Spiritwear will be available for pick up after rehearsal.
Friday, September, 20th: REMOTE DAY! MHS Homecoming Game at 7 pm, Call time 4:00 pm. Students should eat before they arrive. Parade Steps off at 5:30 pm!

Upcoming Events:
* Saturday, September 28th: MHS vs River Rouge at 2 pm. Call time is noon-ish!; Evening – 1st competition at Avon Lake. Performance time 6:30 pm. Students will be fed prior to the competition.
* Saturday, October 5th: Competition at Norton High School. Call time 2:30 pm, performance time is 8:25 pm

VOLUNTEER UPDATES

WATER DONATIONS are still needed. If you have not dropped off a case of water, we are still accepting this and will be throughout the season. Water can be dropped off at the FAC garage as well, on Friday prior to 6 pm and can also be brought in with your students on rehearsal days.

50/50 Raffle

We are still seeking 50/50 sellers for our upcoming home games. This is a great way to help out the band! Remember, you get into the game for free, can still watch your student perform halftime and then are free after halftime.

We started the season off great – earning $1700 at the first home game. Unfortunately, the weather got the best of us and the last game was a wash out with very little profit.

We have some ground to make up and need your help! Please consider helping us out and come join the 50/50 crew!
