FCMB Online Registration is Due June 22nd
Please complete your online FCMB registration before June 22nd. It only takes a minute or so and helps us get our roster in order. Our website for all things “BAND” is www.musicmentors.org
On the home page you will find Mr. Poremba’s registration letter and the registration link!
Your next stop should be to visit the “Links/Forms” tab. There you will find several sections for you to find useful information to refer back to. You will use the “FCMB” section the most if you are in marching band.
Music Reading Sessions
June 12th and 14th, 6-8 pm
I hope all the students had a great time at last week’s music sessions! They were full of smiles when I was there Thursday! Please make sure you bring a water bottle with you! Hydration in band is of utmost importance!
Annual FCMB Car Wash June 16th, 11am – 2 pm, at KIA
Attention all students and parents! Our first official fundraiser for the new season is upon us!! Spread the word through Facebook, Twitter, casual conversation! If you or your marcher would still like to help out and have not signed up, please email Angel Yanni at mailto:[email protected]org.
OLD TOWELS NEEDED
We are also in need of donations of old towels for this event! If you have any old towels to donate, please bring them to any of the Music Reading sessions in June!
Students – come prepared to have some fun while washing some cars at Kia! Please no white shirts and I’d probably wear sandals! We are counting on all of you that signed up so please be prompt and for those of you there till the end, please make sure your rides are there by 2:15 pm.
Lastly, when you arrive, we park in the very back. The front parking in reserved for Kia’s customers.

Spiritwear is Here!
Spiritwear order forms are going online today although students had them last Thursday. Spiritwear is OPTIONAL but a great way to show your support for the FCMB! There are a few different order dates. The first round of orders are due this Thursday, June 14th. Orders turned in at this time will be ready for pickup at the Ice Cream Social or new parent meeting on July 17th. The second round of orders is due at the Ice cream Social and Pickup will be at the BBQ on August 1st. Lastly, orders turned in at the BBQ will be ready for pick up at the first home game. All checks are to be made payable to Music Mentors and payment must be turned in with the order. If you need to mail the order in, the address is Music Mentors, PO BOX 1864, Mentor, OH 44061.

For your information – we will have sizes available to see at the Ice Cream Social, and we will be taking credit cards at that time as well.
Just to clarify – this is not the UNIFORM order form. Those will come out hopefully in the next day as we are still finalizing pricing. As soon as those are available, another email will be sent and those will be posted online.
Volunteers and Fingerprinting
Fingerprinting is required of all our volunteers. Parents and Adults that plan on volunteering in any capacity: you will be required to go to the Board of Education before you can volunteer. The June and July hours will be 7:30 AM – 4 PM. Please have your drivers license with you and your Social Security number. When you arrive you will let them know which schools you have children in and also mention the FCMB. It only takes a couple minutes.
