It's Band Camp week!! The band camp week overview is on the website. Also, there will be a Music Mentors meeting via Zoom on Tuesday, 8/3 at 7 pm. Hope to see you all on Zoom!
HELPFUL TIPS FOR A GREAT SEASON

It will be warm this week! Don't forget to eat, HYDRATE and bring your sunscreen! |

Make sure you have an ice pack in your lunch if you have perishable items. There are no refrigerators to use for lunches. |

All paperwork should have been turned in! Any straggling orders must be placed ASAP in order for us to make sure our students have the required items for the first game. |

ALL STUDENTS need to complete a uniform form, if only for the FCMB Fee and Cedar Point ticket or fee |

FCMB Spiritwear is OPTIONAL. Due to a family emergency, only orders turned in through last Friday (7/23) went in the first batch. As soon I get those back, I will pass them out. The next and final spirit wear order will be due next Friday, August 13th! |

Checks are made payable to Music Mentors. Just a disclaimer, there is a $35 fee for returned checks. |
GETTING INVOLVED
Anyone planning on volunteering with the band will need to be fingerprinted. If you have signed up be in service crew, chaperones, uniforms or raffle, you can proceed to get fingerprinted now. I know the hours were Monday, Wednesday and Friday's 11:30 am - 4:30 pm. If that changes, I will update you in another email.
We still need volunteers for ALL of our committees (except webmaster). Please check out the "About Us" page to where you can find email links to the committee chairperson to sign up. Uniforms, and raffle (50/50) are going to be in desperate need for help. Again, this is not a weekly commitment - if you sign up, tell us when you are available and we will work with you!
