Pay to Participate due August 23rd
The Pay to Participate fee is now showing on the parent portal. This fee is due August 23rd. If you have any questions regarding this fee, please contact Mr. Poremba at email@example.com.
City Fest Parade
Call time is 8:30 am. Students should arrive in their summer uniform. Students will be bussed to Shore Middle School. Please make sure your students eats a good breakfast before they come and stays hydrated. Once the students arrive back at the school and put away their instruments, they are free to leave.
Our first Disney Fundraiser has begun! Clarification on order due dates. The form states the sale ends on August 26th – orders due and online store closes. Please get these in by Tuesday, August 27th, so we can get the orders to the company in a timely manner. Delivery and pick up date is September 19th from 2:30 – 5:30 pm. Please mark this date on your calendars as ALL ORDERS must be picked up during this time as we do not have anywhere to store the orders.
PLEASE NOTE – frozen foods are NOT available to be shipped to home! Please keep this in mind when sharing this on social media or when showing the products to those both near and far! Any frozen items ordered will be delivered to the school at delivery time for the student to pick up and deliver.
The remaining spirit wear orders are now complete. I will have a table with orders in the hall for students to pick up spirit wear on Tuesday, after rehearsal.
