2024 FCMB – HERE WE GO!

Hi Everyone!

Our 2024 Season is starting today with a leadership retreat and we welcome our new members tomorrow, along with leadership, percussion and guard. Our veteran members will begin Monday, July 22nd!

The RESOURCES page has been updated with new information for the 2024 season. In that section, you will find links to the below forms:

Please review this information carefully as orders are due July 22nd so that we can order items in a timely fashion to be received for our Cedar Point Performance and pictures. The Emergency Medical Forms should be turned in on the students first day!

Music Mentors will take cash, check, money order, and this year we will be offering the ability to pay online through our “Shop” link in the upper right hand corner of the website. When you visit that page, you will see links at the top to either “Guard”, “Majorette” or “Marching Band”. You can choose one of those to take you to a page that will give you the items available.The actual order forms that show the required items are available on the homepage. As a reminder, all students are required to pay the $50 FCMB Fee as well as purchase a Cedar Point ticket/pass ticket for the performance.

Orders will be due with payment by July 22nd. Try on dates will be Tuesday, July 16th from 6:30 – 8: 30 pm and Monday, July 22nd from 5-7 pm at the high school near the music wing. At these times, we can also collect orders and payments.

As a reminder, please note that participation in the FCMB is subject to the district’s Pay to Participate fee of $200. This is a district fee and Music Mentors does not collect it nor receive it. It is paid directly to the district through the Parent Portal of the main school website. This fee is due prior to the first performance and will be posted at the beginning of August.

July 16th, Tuesday: New Members, leadership, percussion and guard – 5 – 8 pm; Try ons from 6:30-8:30 pm
July 17th, Wednesday: New Members, leadership, percussion and guard – 5 – 8 pm
July 18th, Thursday: New Members, leadership, percussion and guard – 5 – 8 pm
July 18th, Thursday: Smoothie King Fundraiser from 4 – 8 pm! Just make sure to mention “MUSIC MENTORS” so we earn 20% of your purchase! Spread the word to family and friends!
