The homepage has been updated with new information for the 2024 season. In that section, you will find links to the below forms:

Please review this information carefully as orders are due mid July so that we can order items in a timely fashion to be received for our Cedar Point Performance and pictures.
Music Mentors will take cash, check, money order, and this year we will be offering the ability to pay online through our “Shop” link in the upper right hand corner of the website. When you visit that page, you will see links at the top to either “Guard”, “Majorette” or “Marching Band”. You can choose one of those to take you to a page that will give you the items available.The actual order forms that show the required items are available on the homepage. As a reminder, all students are required to pay the $50 FCMB Fee as well as purchase a Cedar Point ticket/pass ticket for the performance.
Orders will be due with payment by July 22nd. The tentative dates for try on’s and order turn in’s are 7/16 and 7/22.

Background checks
Background checks are required from anyone that is volunteering at our band events (excluding Fair Parking). Background checks can be completed at the Board of Education on Monday, Wednesday’s and Friday’s from 11:30 – 4:00 pm. Please bring a driver’s license and be prepared to provide your SS number. Typically, results are emailed yo you within a week or so, but occasionally it can take longer.
