Hi Everyone!
As we are only a couple of weeks away from our first performance at Cedar Point, it is imperative that we have all uniform and supply orders turned in with payment by tomorrow. July 26th. The orders for dinkles (shoes), polos, etc must be placed so we can receive the product in time for our outing at Cedar Point.
Music Mentors will take cash, check, money order, and this year we will be offering the ability to pay online through our “Shop” link in the upper right hand corner of the website. When you visit that page, you will see links at the top to either “Guard”, “Majorette” or “Marching Band”. You can choose one of those to take you to a page that will give you the items available. The actual order forms that show the required items are available on the homepage. Please note, all students are required to pay the $50 FCMB Fee as well as purchase a Cedar Point ticket/pass ticket for the performance.
As a heads up, your marcher will also need several pairs of tall black socks for the season and a pair of black “Docker” like dress pants. These pants paired with the red polo make up our “Summer Uniform”. Please, no stretch leggings or yoga pants.
Please note, participation in the FCMB is subject to the district’s Pay to Participate fee of $200. This is a district fee and Music Mentors does not collect it nor receive it. It is paid directly to the district through the Parent Portal of the main school website. This fee is due prior to the first performance and will be posted at the beginning of August.
Should you have any questions about uniforms, please feel free to reach out to [email protected] or myself at [email protected] Any Colorguard or Majorette questions can be directed to Kelly Hoellein at [email protected]. Any further questions regarding band or its schedule should be directed to Mr. Poremba at [email protected] .
This weekend, a full email regarding information for Band Camp week will be sent!
