We are in our third week of band this summer already and it’s BAND CAMP WEEK! Please come prepared with WATER, SUNSCREEN and good shoes. Eat a good breakfast before you come and pack a good lunch! Remember, there is no where to refrigerate food, so you will need to pack an ice pack for perishable items!

Monday: Character Day! Students will receive an ice cream treat during lunch.
Tuesday: Back of the Closet Day! We will also have three inflatables for a fun activity for the band from 5 – 7 pm. Pizza and cookies will be served as well.
Wednesday: Section Color Day! This is our late day where practice will go till 8:30 pm. Music Mentors will serve dinner around 4:30 – 5 pm. We will be having hamburgers, cheesy potatoes, chips and watermelon.
Thursday: Section Theme Day! Great Harvest will be providing a treat at lunch and we will also have watermelon. Shaving cream showdown will be around 5 pm in the grassy area behind the student center. NO MENTHOL SHAVING CREAM! Students should bring towels as they will be wet when they leave!
Friday: Dress Like A Director Day! Pelican’s snow cones will come at lunch for a cool treat.

Pay to Participate Fees

Pay to participate fees will be listed on the parent portal within the next week or so. Please remember, Music Mentors doesn’t handle pay to participate fees. They are paid to the district separately and not part of Music Mentors. Pay to participate fees must be paid before the game season begins. The deadline will be announced soon!
