This Week’s Schedule

• Tuesday, September 1st: Rehearsal from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Wednesday, September 2nd: Disney Fundraiser Pick Up: If you have orders for the 2nd Disney Fundraiser, you can pick up your items in the FAC lobby from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Thursday, September 3rd: Rehearsal from 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Friday, September 4th: Away game vs St. Ignatius, call time is 4:00 PM; students will be bussed there and back. Please make sure your student eats before arriving; they will not be able to go to concessions during the game. Tickets are online only, so please purchase ahead of time. Disney Registration — Ends in 8 Days!!

If you are planning on going to Disney, you must register through Bob Rogers, our travel agency, no later than September 7th.

Important Message from Bob Rogers!

A form of billing is required to confirm the reservation, along with signing off on the Bob Rogers Terms and Conditions.

Student emails CANNOT be used for the registration. The parent’s email needs to be the point of contact. Communications go to the email on the account from registration until travel.

Tag Day Is Coming — We Need Drivers!

Mentor Bands Tag Day: Saturday, September 12, 2026

For this fundraiser to be successful, we need your help!! In order to cover all of Mentor, we need to send out 50–60 routes; that means we need 50–60 drivers. It is only a few hours of your time to drive the students to their designated route and supervise while they are walking door-to-door.

Volunteer Registration Form

Tag Day kicks off at 8:00 AM at the Fine Arts Center. Students will walk door-to-door with parent drivers to ask for donations. We request parents to volunteer to drive groups of 2 to 5 students. Safety is our priority, and we expect students to return by 12:30 PM.

Background Check Notice: Background checks are required for all volunteers. These can be completed at the Board of Education (6451 Center St.) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Please bring your driver’s license and social security number.
