This Week’s Schedule

• Tuesday, September 22nd: Rehearsal from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Thursday, September 24th: Rehearsal 2:45 PM to 5:00 PM.
• Friday, September 25th: Home Game vs. Cleveland Heights, call time at 4:00 PM. Homecoming Parade steps off at 5:30 PM.

Service Crew Help!

We are in need of extra help — we have some very large props this year that we are going to have to load in a box truck and still load our semi with all of our instruments as we normally do for all of our competitions. If you are interested in helping, please send an email to service@musicmentors.org. We would appreciate all the help we can get.

Snacks!

We will need snack donations for 3rd quarter at this week’s home game. If you are able to donate snacks, there is a link for the sign-up sheet below. You can drop donations off at the garage on the side of the FAC between 4:30 – 6:00 PM on Friday.

Disney Chaperones

If you are planning on going to Disney, we are still in need of chaperones. You receive a double occupancy room for the same price as the student’s quad room, plus the park and food tickets. If you are interested, please use the link below to sign up.

Thinking Ahead — Upcoming Major Events

• Saturday, October 3rd: 1st Competition @ Perkins HS, call time is 1:00 PM. Performance time is 7:30 PM.
