A “SUPERIOR” rating for a Superior Band! There is nothing better than being rewarded for the hard work and efforts put in over the course of the past 5 months. The FCMB played with confidence and pride and earned that Superior rating with a heartfelt performance felt through the audience! These dedicated and motivated students, paired together with a passionate and devoted teaching staff created not only a phenomenal show and performance, but memories we all will cherish! Congrats on such a successful competition season!

Tuesday, November 7, 2017: Concert Band begins, Mr. Poremba will go over this transition on Monday, Nov. 6th.
Wednesday, November 8, 2017: Music Mentors Meeting 7 pm. We will be pre-selling raffle tickets again at the meeting.
Thursday, November 9, 2017: Basket Making Party at the McFarland’s 6:30 pm, please bring something to share. Contact Mary at [email protected] with any questions.
Friday, November 10, 2017: MHS vs. St Ed’s @Byer’s Field, Game time is 7:30, Call time is 4:15 pm. LET’S GO CARDS!!

Playoff Game, Friday, November 10th
Call time is 4:15 pm. As the weather is changing, please make sure they have their layers with them! Make sure they have eaten before they come and bring water, snacks and/or concessions money!
FCMB Banquet, Saturday, November 12th 3 – 8 pm
Doors open at 3 pm! No one will be permitted in prior to 3 pm. Everyone will check in at the tables when they arrive and receive their free raffle ticket. Students will be seated at the tables together in the front. These tables will all have centerpieces on them. Parents will be seated at the tables behind the students. Seating is first come, first serve. Please note: Students need to fill in the seats at the tables with the centerpieces and parents please fill in the tables behind them. Please help us keep seating options available to those coming in after you as it becomes difficult to find seats towards the end. If you have open seats at your tables towards the end of check in, please let us know so we can help others find seating.
Raffle tickets for the Chinese Auction will be sold at the Music Mentors Meeting on Wednesday. This will give you an opportunity to put your name and phone number on the tickets. We will call winners by name at the end of the evening. Tickets will also be sold the night of the banquet. Bring a pen (or some labels or an address stamp) to write your name on your tickets! We have some fabulous prizes and remember all of the proceeds from the baskets goes towards end of the year scholarships for our Seniors.
